Our Client Success and Support team is the at the core of our client experience. Our client success team ensures strategic alignment and maximum value while our support team covers technical needs and provides product insight and expertise.
Our Design team is at the heart of the user experience for our clients and customers - they make our mobile and web applications flow seamlessly through each interaction and look amazing at the same time.
Our Engineering team builds our solutions. They translate the requirements into great customer experiences. They are agile, flexible, and collaborative. They think differently to make difficult problems seem easy. And do it to scale.
Our Finance team is the backbone of our operations - they partner with every other team to run our business efficiently, and to make the strategic decisions that make Passport an industry leader.
Our Legal team supports all of the above teams to facilitate the execution of deals and to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, sound governance practices, and risk mitigation.
Our Marketing team is a creative content and communications powerhouse - they work together across our Sales, Product, and Service Delivery teams to create world-class marketing solutions for Passport and our clients.
Our People Operations team creates an outstanding people experience for all who work at Passport - they make sure that we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, so that they are happy and productive.
Our Product Management team is the link between our P&L and all of our product strategies - they work across all teams and directly interface with clients to ensure our products remain best-in-class and align with the long-term goals of the company.
Our Sales team is the tip of the spear - this team works with municipalities, agencies, operators, universities, and other potential clients to understand challenges they face and bring Passport’s industry leading solutions to the table.
Our Service Delivery team is made up of project managers and implementation specialists who work closely with the client and across all company teams to take our clients from concept to launch - they make it all come to life!
