Passport recently touched down in Indianapolis for the 2025 National Parking Association (NPA) Convention and Expo, where we connected with clients, partners, and peers to explore the innovations shaping the future of mobility and parking. 

The annual event brought together thought leaders from across the industry to exchange ideas, showcase new solutions, and highlight the people and practices driving the next wave of progress. From energizing sessions to recognition of industry trailblazers, NPA 2025 once again proved to be a valuable gathering for anyone shaping the curb.

Education & Innovation

This year’s agenda put the spotlight on the big issues and opportunities shaping our industry. Educational sessions covered a wide range of themes, with especially timely conversations around the role of AI in mobility, innovation in design and operations, strategies for managing large-scale events like the upcoming Los Angeles Olympics, and new insights from parking audits and data trends.

The Women in Parking event added another important dimension, providing space for conversations around leadership and professional growth within the industry. Together, these sessions reinforced just how much change and creativity is underway across the parking and mobility landscape.

40 Under 40 Recognition

One of the highlights of the week was celebrating our own Brittany Yokley, Group Product Manager at Passport, for her recognition on NPA’s 40 Under 40 list. Through her leadership in compliance, Brittany is helping cities across the country modernize and strengthen their operations, and we’re proud to see her contributions honored on the national stage.

Conversations at the Booth

Our booth was buzzing throughout the week as we connected with attendees, shared the latest on Passport’s solutions, and sparked discussions with a playful “favorite Passport feature” icebreaker on attendee name tags. Between meaningful conversations and fun swag, the booth offered a great way to both bring industry challenges and opportunities to life.
