Mobile Pay Parking Meter App
The city of St. Paul launched a new mobile pay parking meter app. It allows people to pay meter fees via their smartphone.
St. Paul has partnered with Passport to allow parkers to pay remotely.
The Passport Parking mobile pay app is available on Google Play, Apple App Store and on Passport’s mobile web site – ppprk.com.
Initially, the app will work for meters in the downtown area. It will later expand to service meters in the Capitol area and University Avenue.
Similar services have been launched in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, and Salt Lake City.
