Premier Parking: Mobile Payments Improves Vikings Gameday

Minnesota Vikings fans have a lot to be excited about this season. The team is off to a strong start, ranking number one in the NFC North after debuting the new Vikings stadium in Minneapolis this past August. The new stadium is twice as big as its predecessor, the MetroDome, showcasing a clear roof, giant doors, and new technology.

But the stadium isn’t the only place where new technology is popping up.

Right outside the new stadium, Vikings fans can now pay for parking in the nearby Premier Parking lot location using Passport’s app. Now there’s no stress when it comes to paying — just download the PassportParking app, enter your information, and you’re good to go.

Parkers can securely pay using a debit/credit card, and once parked, can monitor their session through the app on their phone.

With Passport, users can even purchase overnight and weekend parking for game time convenience. While event rates will vary, normal parking rates are a $6 flat rate from 6 pm to 6 am during the week and $6 flat rate parking for all-day weekend parking.

The app is now available at this Premier Parking lot location, just in time for the team’s next home game against the Detroit Lions.

Now that fans can spend less time worrying about parking, they can focus on what matters — cheering on their team.
