Ogden, UT launches Passport’s unified platform to manage parking compliance and payments
City launches digital parking enforcement and payment processing solutions, with mobile parking and digital permitting to fully roll out June 22, 2026
Ogden, Utah (June 22, 2026) – The City of Ogden is partnering with Passport to streamline curbside operations through a single, integrated platform. With Passport’s technology, the city will manage parking enforcement, mobile payments, digital permits, payment processing, and more in one place, helping centralize data, improve efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance the parking experience.
The rollout is occurring in phases, starting with mobile pay parking and enforcement at Ogden-Hinckley Airport, where paid parking and citation issuance are already in place. In May, the Passport Parking app began its rollout for free downtown parking, with warnings issued during this initial period. Starting today, the downtown area will fully transition to paid parking and citation issuance.
