Charlotte, N.C. (Oct. 1, 2026) – The global mobility platform, Arrive, today announced the successful completion of the financial acquisition of Passport, the compliance and curbside payment platform used by cities and parking operators across North America. Supported by leading growth and private equity investors, Vitruvian Partners, Verdane and Searchlight Capital Partners L.P., the acquisition accelerates Arrive’s mission to ease movement in cities by digitizing the urban mobility ecosystem.
As autonomous vehicle deployment accelerates, cities require real-time, automated control over urban curbsides. By combining Passport’s parking compliance and payment facilitation capabilities trusted by more than 800 North American cities and parking operators, with Arrive’s global network, the combined company can offer a unified, end-to-end platform that simplifies curbside management, data-driven insights, and the infrastructure necessary for the future of autonomous mobility.
