City upgrades digital parking permit and enforcement technology to improve the user and staff experience

Helena, Mont. (Jan. 9, 2025) — In partnership with parking compliance and curbside payment solutions provider Passport, the City of Helena, Montana, is modernizing its parking permit and enforcement operations using Passport’s comprehensive platform. Starting today, the City is simplifying permit management for 1,300 active permits, giving Helena residents a secure, user-friendly way to apply for and pay for permits online.
