City builds on existing system with new enforcement tools to better manage downtown demand

Stillwater, Minn. (March 30, 2026) – The City of Stillwater, Minnesota, is expanding its partnership with Passport to upgrade its parking enforcement operations. Building on its existing system, the city is now leveraging a unified platform to improve parking compliance and reduce manual workflows.
