  • Receive reminders when session is about to expire
  • Extend time remotely
  • View payment history
  • Receive email alerts

New features include:

  • In-app citation payments

  • Directions to parking facilities

Existing PassportParking users must download the ParkNorfolk app to access the new Norfolk features.

“We’re excited about shifting to a mobile parking app that is personalized to our community,” said Bart Neu, Parking Director for the City of Norfolk. “With our custom app, drivers have the ability to manage their parking with just a few simple taps on their mobile devices. This app is a platform that we will use to expand mobile services going forward in order to make parking more accessible and convenient.”

Passport Sales Executive Kelsey Owens added, “Passport is proud to continue to grow its partnership with Norfolk and enhance the mobile parking solution for the city with a completely customized and branded application. With the refreshed application, parkers will continue to be able to take advantage of using their smartphones for mobile payments. Additionally, parkers will now be able to pay issued citations directly through the mobile app.”

The ParkNorfolk app is free to download through the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking via web at ParkNorfolkVA.com.
