Port of Hood River, Ore. (March 2, 2026) – The Port of Hood River, Oregon has partnered with Passport to modernize how parking is managed across the community. Through Passport’s platform, the Port now operates paid parking, parking compliance, and payment processing within a single, connected system designed to improve efficiency and visibility. The nearby City of Hood River also partners with Passport to manage its paid parking operations.

With the launch of the Passport Parking app, drivers can now pay for and manage parking sessions directly from their smartphones. After downloading the free app from the App Store or Google Play, a user enters the respective zone number, license plate number, and the desired length of time for parking. The app allows motorists to receive expiration alerts, extend parking sessions remotely, and access receipts and parking history. Parking can also be managed online at passportparking.com
