Passport’s partnership with Total Parking Solutions, Inc. (TPS), a distributing partner for Flowbird multi-space equipment, integrates pay station hardware with Passport’s parking compliance solutions. This collaboration offers cities a holistic approach to parking and curb management, enhancing efficiencies and promoting compliance.

The partnership empowers operators with a seamless platform for managing multiple parking compliance programs such as enforcement, mobile pay parking, digital permitting and payments. Municipalities such as the City of Berwyn, the Village of Oak Park, the City of Evanston and the City of Joliet are benefiting from this integrated approach.

The Village of Oak Park, IL, which utilizes Passport’s Parking Enforcement and Parking Management solutions, saw a 16% YoY increase in mobile pay transactions and an 84% YoY increase in parking revenue in 2023. Additionally, 89% of paid parking citations were conveniently resolved online.

The City of Evanston, IL also leverages Passport’s compliance platform to power paid parking, digital permits and enforcement. The City experienced an 11% YoY increase in mobile parking app transactions within the first six months of 2024.
