OpsMan Mobile Printer Improvements

Permits Homepage Dashboard

A dedicated permits dashboard now surfaces real time permit KPIs on the Portal homepage, giving permit administrators immediate visibility into key metrics without navigating to separate reports.

Permit Sales Report

A new Permit Sales Report replaces the previous Permit Type Sales Total report, offering expanded filters and more detailed visibility into permit sales activity.

Physical Permit ID Field

A new Physical Permit ID field has been added to Permit Details and is searchable, making it easier to locate permits tied to physical documents.

Manage Permits Search Improvements

Search accuracy within Manage Permits has been improved, returning more precise results and reducing time spent locating specific permit records.

Address Notes

Staff can now add private notes to addresses within Address Management, enabling internal documentation on specific locations without exposing those notes to permit applicants.

Advanced Search: Address Line 2

Permit searches now support Address Line 2 (apartment and unit numbers), making it easier to locate permits associated with specific units in buildings with multiple units.

Consolidated Permit Order Receipts

Permit holders purchasing multiple products now receive a single consolidated email and receipt rather than separate communications per item, simplifying the purchase confirmation experience.
