What's New

PARKING COMPLIANCE

More Flexible Hearing Scheduling

The Schedule Hearing page has been updated with improvements that streamline scheduling. Teams can now select multiple hearing requests at once, apply additional filters, and use new sorting options, reducing the time needed to manage high volume hearing queues.

PERMITS

Permit Approval Queue Redesign

The Permit Approval Queue has been redesigned with a new full screen decision experience. Operators can now edit fields, add notes, and render decisions all within a single view, reducing the number of steps required to process permit applications.

Parking Compliance

Percentage Based Service Fees for Citations

Cities can now apply percentage based service fees to citation payments, providing greater flexibility to recover processing costs. End users see a clear breakdown of all fees during checkout before payment is submitted.

Offender Note Visibility Control on Citation Tagging

When tagging a citation, users can now choose via checkbox whether the attached note is visible to the offender. This ensures consistency with note handling behavior across systems and reduces the risk of internal notes being shared unintentionally.

Guest Permits in OpsMan Mobile Banner

Guest permits now appear in the OpsMan Mobile banner, giving enforcement officers consistent visibility into active guest permit status during field operations.

More Flexible Hearing Scheduling

The Schedule Hearing page has been updated with improvements that streamline scheduling. Teams can now select multiple hearing requests at once, apply additional filters, and use new sorting options, reducing the time needed to manage high volume hearing queues.

Appeal Decision Letters Sent to the Correct Contact

The appeal decision letter now sends to the offender selected during the appeal decision process rather than defaulting to the primary registered owner, ensuring decisions reach the correct contact and reducing misdirected correspondence.

Vehicle Lists Workflow Improvements

Updates to the Vehicle Lists workflow improve how vehicles are added, managed, and configured within a list, with enhancements to support customization at the zone level and more reliable enforcement use cases.

Appeal Email Template Enhancements

Additional fields can now be configured on appeal email templates, allowing clients to include key details such as vehicle license plate number, state, and citation amount for clearer communication with end users.

Permits

Permit Approval Queue Redesign

The Permit Approval Queue has been redesigned with a new full screen decision experience. Operators can now edit fields, add notes, and render decisions all within a single view, reducing the number of steps required to process permit applications.

Auto Fill User Details in CMRpay

User details, including name, address, and contact information, now fill in automatically in CMRpay for both Reservations and Permits, reducing friction in the application process and lowering the likelihood of application abandonment.

Payments

Dispute Management Enhancements

Multiple email addresses can now be added to chargeback notification settings, ensuring all relevant team members receive alerts. Notification emails now include a Related Transaction ID to make it easier to trace and resolve disputes in Transaction Hub.
