Winter 2025 focuses on compliance improvements and expanded payment options to close out the year strong.

What's New

PARKING COMPLIANCE

Commercial Fleet Management

Cities can now manage commercial fleet programs by viewing, invoicing, and reconciling fleet citations in one place. Fleet citations included on an invoice can be paid individually through RMCpay, citations with an Invoice Paid status can be reversed or refunded, and fleet letter and email templates support all ten user defined fields for more complete invoice detail. Vehicles added to a fleet no longer retain scofflaw status, with an on screen warning clarifying this behavior when vehicles are added.

BACK OFFICE

Improved Access to Client Support

Client Support is now available directly within Portal, including live messaging and a refreshed Client Support Center accessible from the main navigation. This gives users a faster way to get help and find product documentation when they need it.

Parking Compliance

Automated Chargeback Reversal Handling

When a chargeback dispute is won, payments are now automatically reinstated and citation status updates to Paid or Partially Paid. The change is logged in the citation trail for full transparency, eliminating manual corrections and ensuring real time data accuracy.

Court System Integration Framework

A new integration with Tyler Municipal Justice supports automated transmission of citation data to court systems, establishing a repeatable framework for future court integrations.

Duncan Lockbox Image Upload Improvements

Multi-page TIF files received through the Duncan lockbox integration are now converted to PDF rather than PNG, ensuring all pages are preserved and fully visible in Citation Details.

Configurable Automatic Citation Expiration

The citation expiration process now supports configurable criteria and soft deletion, giving operators more flexibility in managing stale citation data and automating annual data retention cleanups.

Permits

Guest Permit Expiration Date Fix

Guest Permits now display the correct expiration date for each individual pass rather than the Guest Booklet expiration, improving data accuracy and reducing confusion for both staff and permit holders.

Faster Reissuance of Expired Permits

Staff can now create a new permit directly from an expired one in the back office, streamlining the reissuance process. Selecting Manage on an expired permit and choosing Reapply generates a new permit with fewer manual steps.

Note: This functionality can be enabled through role settings for clients whose current roles do not yet have access.

Payments

Chargeback and Dispute Activity in Transaction Hub

Chargeback and dispute activity now appears directly within Transaction Hub, giving teams a complete view of each transaction's lifecycle in one place. This reduces investigation time and minimizes operational friction when reviewing payment issues.
