What's New
Appeal Assignment
Appeals and hearings can now be assigned to specific users instead of pulling from one shared queue, creating a clear division of work across adjudication staff. This makes it easier to track who's handling which cases and keeps workflows organized as caseloads grow.

Dark Mode in OpsMan Mobile
OpsMan Mobile now supports Dark Mode, reducing eye strain and glare for officers working in low light environments while improving battery efficiency on compatible devices.
Manage Violation Types in Portal
Violation types can now be configured and managed directly in Portal as a self service capability, eliminating the need for support tickets to make changes. This is the first of several self service tools rolling out through the year to give operators more direct control over their configurations.
Officer Tracking Enhancements
The Officer Tracking page now includes total distance tracking, time reporting in minutes for greater precision, expanded controls that use the full screen, and navigation forward and back in ten minute increments with integrated distance data.
Appeals Decision Letter PDF Preview
Staff can now generate a PDF preview of an appeal decision letter before submitting it, enabling a final review for accuracy and consistency before the letter is officially sent.
Private Notes Default for Appeals
The default note visibility setting on Citation Details and Appeal Processor pages has been updated so that notes are private unless explicitly marked otherwise, preventing internal comments from being inadvertently shared with offenders.
OpsMan Mobile VIN Scanning Enhancements
Based on feedback from the initial VIN scanning release, OpsMan Mobile now supports camera scanning limited to VIN capture, VIN QR and DM code scanning, and enhanced Zebra hardware meter scanning.
Duplicate Permit Purchase Prevention
The system now prevents duplicate permit purchases, notifying users if a purchase is still in progress before allowing a second attempt. This reduces accidental duplicate transactions and the support effort required to reverse them.
Permit Waitlist Performance Fix
A timeout error that occurred when managing waitlists with 250 or more permits has been resolved, ensuring smooth operation for operators managing large permit programs.
Permit Auto Renewal Fix
An issue that prevented valid auto renewals from processing correctly has been resolved. Renewal dates that fall within the valid renewal window now process as expected.
Payment Transaction Report
A new Payment Transaction Report provides a unified view of all payment activity, supporting trend identification, dispute management, settlement validation, and troubleshooting from a single place.
Payment Settlement Summary Report
A new Payment Settlement Summary Report centralizes settlement data across products, platforms, and operators. It aligns with third party systems, reduces manual reconciliation effort, and supports flexible scheduling for settlement management.
Payments Portal UI Enhancements
Updates to the payments experience in Portal improve visibility into settlement details, including Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions and chargebacks, add tools to review, adjust, or reject closed batches, and introduce a new Operations Management page to surface priority items and prevent impacts to client payouts.
